Job Description:

• Design and implement enterprise-level solutions on AWS to meet business and technical requirements.
• Develop scalable, secure, and cost-efficient architectures leveraging core AWS services.
• Conduct architecture reviews, cloud assessments, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Lead the AWS Center of Excellence (CoE) by defining strategy, goals, and standards.
• Mentor and guide cloud engineers and architects, establishing best practices, reusable frameworks, and governance models for AWS implementations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business challenges into robust cloud solutions.
• Present architectural strategies, roadmaps, and blueprints to stakeholders, offering hands-on support during critical engagements.
• Drive AWS practice growth through innovation, trend identification, and collaboration with business leaders on new offerings and GTM strategies.
• Contribute to training programs, internal knowledge sharing, and thought leadership initiatives.

Skills and Experience Required:

• 15+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in architecting and developing AWS solutions.
• Strong expertise in AWS Well-Architected Framework and core AWS services, including EC2, Lambda, ECS, EKS, S3, EBS, Glacier, RDS, DynamoDB, Redshift, IAM, KMS, WAF, and AWS Shield.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
• Proficient in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Practical experience in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, client engagement, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive innovation, lead cross-functional teams, and represent AWS expertise through community and thought leadership initiatives.
