Job Description:

• Design and implement modern data platforms leveraging Azure Synapse/Fabric, AWS, GCP, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Define and drive data architecture strategies covering data modeling, integration, and analytics.
• Lead data platform modernization initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into actionable data solutions.
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and technical discussions to align stakeholders on data strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
• Develop scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and real-time data processing solutions.
• Implement robust data governance, security, and compliance measures for sensitive data protection.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and cost efficiency of data platforms.
• Provide strategic consulting on data transformation, cloud migration, and analytics modernization.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement through detailed platform assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior members and fostering skill growth.
• Contribute to the Center of Excellence (CoE) by developing best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets.

Skills and Experience Required:

• IT experience, with strong expertise in architecting and implementing data platforms on cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse/Fabric, AWS Redshift, GCP BigQuery, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT design, data warehousing, and real-time analytics.
• Proficiency in cloud-native tools, data security, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in consulting engagements, client advisory, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.
• Proven track record of driving data platform innovation and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade data solutions.
