Job Description:
- Design and develop autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex tasks across diverse environments.
- Build adaptive multi-agent systems that leverage natural language understanding, reinforcement learning, and decision intelligence.
- Architect end-to-end frameworks for goal-driven agent collaboration, memory management, and real-time environment interaction.
- Integrate large language models (LLMs) and cognitive components to enable contextual awareness, tool usage, and self-improving behaviors.
- Experiment with emerging agentic architectures and orchestration frameworks to enhance autonomy and scalability.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to define agent workflows that drive intelligent automation and innovation.
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the practical impact of Agentic AI in real-world enterprise and engineering contexts.
- Lead research initiatives to advance the field of autonomous systems, publishing insights, frameworks, and best practices.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Deep understanding of agentic architectures, autonomous systems, and reinforcement learning frameworks.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and AI development libraries such as LangChain, AutoGen, Hugging Face, or similar orchestration tools.
- Experience integrating large language models and reasoning engines for decision-making and task automation.
- Proficiency in designing intelligent memory systems, retrieval mechanisms, and dynamic planning strategies for multi-agent environments.
- Exposure to simulation environments, API integration, and tool augmentation for autonomous agent workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, experimentation, and analytical abilities with a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI autonomy.
- Excellent collaboration and articulation skills to translate cutting-edge research into production-grade, intelligent systems.
